Be The Match-Bone Marrow Donor Registry
Help save a life by becoming a bone marrow donor. A bone marrow transplant is a life-saving treatment for people with leukemia, lymphoma and many other diseases. Patients are more likely to match donors of the same racial and ethnic heritage. Julie Smalley, a recruiter from the National Marrow Donor Program, will be on Main Street to recruit bone marrow donors.
You must be between the ages of 18-44, meet the health guidelines, fill out a form and give a cheek cell swab so your tissue type can be tested.
