Bone Marrow Donor Registry at the NE Health Fair
A bone marrow transplant is a life-saving treatment for people with leukemia, lymphoma and many other diseases. Patients are more likely to match donors of the same racial and ethnic heritage.
You must be between the ages of 18-44, meet the health guidelines, fill out a form and give a cheek cell swab so your tissue type can be tested.
Julie Smalley from the National Marrow Donor Program will be here to recruit bone marrow donors. For more information please contact Julie Smalley at firstname.lastname@example.org. Call 682-885-1314.
This event is sponsored by TCC NE Health Services and Cook Children’s Medical Center.
