Constitution Day: Community Engagement with Representative Nicole Collier
Join us in celebrating Constitution Day with Representative Nicole Collier as she will be discussing the importance of community engagement and the 85th Legislative Session along with other current events. Representative Collier is the first African-American woman to represent House District 95 in Tarrant County and serves on Public Health, Business and Industry Committees, Local and Consent Calendar. The Texas Legislative Black Caucus appointed her as their second Vice President. She had introduced legislation relating to animal encounter training for police officers, banning the sale of e-cigarette to minors, and expanding eligibility for health care under the Affordable Care Act.
