All-Stars provides students the opportunity to develop foundational leadership skills such as public speaking, organization, time management, goal setting and team work. All-Stars members attend one semester of weekly workshops facilitated by Tarrant County College faculty and staff as well as community leaders. Students accepted to the program will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of on campus opportunities.  All-Stars meet every Tuesday during the Spring Semester from 3-5pm in the Center for Leadership Development. The program is a one semester commitment.

The Executive Class engages students with community and local business leaders in an effort to develop and improve leadership skill sets, expand social networks and provide opportunities to interact with professionals from a variety of fields. The Executive Class members attend weekly workshops to develop an understanding of themselves, how they work within an organization and how that work can positively impact the community. The Executive Class meets every Wednesday during the Spring Semester from 3-5pm in the Center for Leadership Development. The program is a one semester commitment.
