Summer is a time when blood donation is in high demand due to increased travel and outdoor activities. Your donation can make a difference in saving lives. We encourage you to consider donating blood to meet the increased needs this summer. Please give, and help save lives.

Healthy donors must:

• Weigh at least 110 pounds
• Be 17 years old
• Have a valid photo ID

Fifty-six (56) days must have passed since your last donation. It is helpful to be well-hydrated and to have eaten a good meal.
