The purpose of the First Generation Workshop is to speak with TCC 1st Generation Students about the challenges they may face, statics unique to them and resources and services available at TCC that will ensure they are successful students. The goal is to decrease early institutional departure of first generational college students by increasing their knowledge of collegiate life.
