Folk art has a long-established history in every society, from textiles and pottery to sculptures and paintings. Folk artists are often not academically trained, but rather have learned through practice and taught through generational custom.

In this exhibit, DFW artists convey their individual cultures, heritages, and identities through their art. 

Reception will be at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 5, 2022.
