 exhibition Kenna Boles Prior: Passages.\n\nFor this body of work\, Prior b
 ecame inspired by an abandoned house near her studio. She took photographs
  of the exterior and interior spaces using a 35 mm camera. Then a process 
 of several steps was used to create the final image\, including double exp
 osures\, photogravure with inked plates\, and chine Collé. The result are
  images that are eerie\, perhaps nostalgic\, and could hint at a variety o
 f narratives.\n\nThe artist explains\, “The original family long gone\, 
 the house was visited or lived in or vandalized by the homeless\, drug dea
 lers\, bored kids and others\, like me\, curious about what is left. Passa
 ges is recognizing those who have walked or peered into these spaces and t
 he stories I do not know.”\n\nThe opening reception is February 13\, fro
