Meditation for Beginners

If you have little or no experience with meditation, this class is for you. Some benefits of meditation include better focused attention, relaxation, positive mood shift, enhanced self-awareness, and improved health and well-being. In partnership with Dr. Staussa Ervin

This is a 4 week session and classes will be 45 minutes long. Please plan to attend all 4 sessions. No material, equpimentor props will be needed. You must be 21 years old to sign up.
