Mindful Monday Mornings
This interactive series of workshops will help students learn about mindfulness meditation. We will practice mindful visualization & imagery, mindful music, progressive muscle relaxation, and being with nature. Mindfulness meditation has been proven to alleviate stress and anxiety while improving concentration.
