Mindful Monday Mornings: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

This interactive series of workshops will consist of different ways to use mindfulness techniques in daily living.  Practicing mindfulness has been proven to help students with overall well-being, particularly, relieving stress and improving concentration.  This will benefit all students struggling with stress, anxiety, and/or depression.  This workshop supports Health and Wellness.
