Movement and Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for an event that will help you align body, mind and soul just in time for finals. Participants will learn about Tai Chi from Genjikai Karate & Tai and mindfulness through visualization/imagery from Divya Patel, LPC. This interactive session will consist of a Tai Chi demonstration and a guided use of visualization and imagery in mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness has been proven to help students with overall wellbeing, particularly relieving stress and improving concentration. This event is part of the Get Involved! Get Rewarded! Incentive program.
