Did you know that practicing gratitude can help build better immune systems, lower blood pressure, lead to better sleep and help individuals experience less depression and possess more optimism and hope? Join Southeast Campus Counseling and Health Services to "leaf" a note about things you are grateful for as part of National Gratitude Month. Participants will have the opportunity to decorate a gratitude tree and learn about ways of incorporating gratitude and mindfulness in their daily life. Take a moment to practice gratitude. It can change everything!
