Time to Personalize Your Plate - March is National Nutrition Month!

Join us for a discussion about incorporating foods from all food groups.  You'll also learn how to make healthy food choices while working from home. Stay for a demonstration of two delicious but simple recipes perfect for fueling your mind and body while working at home .All participants will be entered in a prize drawing.
