Spring into Wellness: Weight Room Safety

Weightlifting can be a fun way to stay in shape. The weight room can also be an inspiring and empowering place for students of all backgrounds. However, to reduce the potential for injury, learning good technique and observing safety precautions is important.

Come by the Trinity River Fitness Center for a quick orientation to the weight room so you can lift with confidence!
