Over the years, research has revealed a link between overall wellness and brain health.  There is evidence that suggests embracing healthy habits can support brain health and potentially delay or prevent cognitive decline.  This program will explore this research and attendees will gain practical tools for incorporating healthy habits into daily life.

We will be joined by guest presenter, Dr. Jon Connelly who will share his expertise from years of research and his personal story of wellness. Dr. Connelly currently serves as an adjunct professor at TCC, training students to become licensed nursing facility administrators.
