An introductory workshop designed to provide community college students with essential information about transferring to a four-year university. It covers key topics such as understanding transfer requirements, selecting appropriate courses, meeting GPA criteria, and navigating the application process. Students will also learn about the benefits of earning an associate’s degree, gathering necessary documents, and tips for a smooth transition to university life. Transfer 101 offers guidance on using resources like transfer centers, academic advisors, and admissions counselors to ensure a successful transfer experience.
