Women's History Month: Women's Self Defense

Self Defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully prevent, escape, resist and survive violent assaults. This two hour class will lay the foundation for effective self-defense. Presented by Shane Whitehead, Instructional Associate, 4th Degree Black Belt, Ga San Ryu Kenpo.
